U.S. Marine Corps
High school, then various jobs followed by being drafted and volunteered for the Marine Corps. It charted my life for the balance of my 77 years. Went to Parris Island then to San Diego for Jungle Training then off to Okinawa, Camp Schwab 3531 Motor T. Since I had storeroom experience they made me a dispatcher. Picked up E4 in one and a half years. Loved it! Never got off the island till relad to the states.
