U.S. Coast Guard Military Retiree (1983 - 2014)
Jeffrey Malaki served with distinction across more than three decades of U.S. military service. He began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Machinist’s Mate aboard submarines from September 1983 to September 1990, mastering the demanding world of undersea engineering and propulsion. In 1991, he continued his commitment to the nation by joining the United States Coast Guard as a Fire Control Technician, later transitioning to the Electronics Technician community. Through years of technical excellence, leadership, and operational readiness, he rose to the rank of Senior Chief Electronics Technician (ETCS). Retiring in 2014, Senior Chief Malaki is recognized for his deep technical expertise, his mentorship of junior sailors and Coast Guardsmen, and his unwavering dedication to service.
