**Esmat Abusarir Koko — Brief Bio** Esmat Abusarir Koko is a U.S. Army veteran and former Staff Sergeant (SSG) with 13 years of distinguished service, including graduation from the Special Forces Qualification Course and assignment to 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), ODA 2123. He deployed across the CENTCOM theater — Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Turkey, and Jordan — and later served as an instructor at Fort Huachuca, home of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence. After completing his military career, Esmat transitioned into higher education, pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology at Upper Iowa University, graduating in October 2026. He continues his academic trajectory into the Master of Public Administration program, focusing on procedural justice, policy efficiency, and public-sector leadership. His work blends operational experience, disciplined leadership, and a commitment to improving civic systems, global mobility logistics, and meaningful public participation.
