The 4th Combat Aviation Brigade (4th CAB), part of the 4th Infantry Division, was first constituted in 1957 and has since played a pivotal role in U.S. Army aviation operations. The brigade has supported a wide range of missions, including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, where it provided critical aviation support such as air assault, reconnaissance, and medical evacuation. Stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, the 4th CAB is recognized for its adaptability and excellence in both combat and humanitarian operations.
