The 1st Battalion, 129th Field Artillery Regiment (1/129th FA) is a unit of the Missouri Army National Guard with a distinguished history dating back to its origins in 1917. The unit served with valor in World War I and World War II, providing critical artillery support during key campaigns in Europe. Over the decades, 1/129th FA has participated in both state and federal missions, including mobilizations for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Today, the battalion continues to serve as a vital component of the 130th Field Artillery Brigade, upholding its proud tradition of service and excellence.
