The 10th General Dispensary, Frankfurt, was a United States Army medical unit stationed in Frankfurt, Germany, during the Cold War era. Activated to provide comprehensive outpatient and limited inpatient medical care, the dispensary served U.S. military personnel, their families, and eligible civilians in the Frankfurt area. It played a vital role in supporting the health and readiness of American forces assigned to U.S. Army Europe and contributed to the broader NATO mission. The unit was eventually inactivated as part of the post-Cold War drawdown and restructuring of U.S. military forces in Germany.
