Other names: Lee Ann Boden, Lee Ann Flowers I started out in USAFR in the 907th Civil Engineering Group at Rickenbacker ANGB, OH (1981-1985) Went active duty in 1985 and was stationed at Tinker AFB, OK in the 8th AMU (1985-1990) Transferred to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH in 1990, served in 2750th MSL until they disbanded and the unit got transferred to Edwards AFB, CA I was transferred to the 445th Base Supply Group until I got discharged in 1994. I went back into the USAFR in 1995, but I can't remember the unit other than it was in Youngstown, OH. I was finally able to get a slot in my old USAFR unit in 1996. Over the years they had transferred from Rickenbacker to Wright-Patt and were now called the 445th Civil Engineering Group. I was able to get a slot in the same job I had when I 1st joined the military. It was a surreal moment for me. To end up in the same unit I started off in when I was 18 years old. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to physically do my job anymore. I had too many medical problems I had incurred during my active duty years. So, I had to step away from the military life. It was a very sad day for me, the last day I went home and took off my uniform for the last time. That was in 1997.
