From NJ. Studied art in NYC at SVA. Became professional illustrator & graphic designer. Joined USAF in 1966 and was stationed at former Stewart AFB in Newburgh, NY. Then a year in Petersburg, VA at Fort Lee Army Base. Transferred to RAF Mildenhall in the UK. At night, I was an assistant art director for the BBC TV series, "Monty Python's Flying Circus." Did 3-months in Vietnam during the TET offensive. Back to NYC in 1971 and to SVA to complete my BFA. Toured the east coast as part of folk duo, Reynolds and Miller. Paul Simon produced our debut album. From 1976 to 1980, I was art director at two national ad agencies on Madison Ave, and designed many famous corporate logos, like the Marriott Hotel. I recorded a dozen popular national radio and TV jingles, and fronted a prog rock band, Pomeroy, touring with King Crimson, Lou Reed, and Jethro Tull. Moved to LA in 1981 to commence with my 40 plus years as an award-winning film, TV, commercial, and music video director/producer, and WGA screenwriter. I directed over 140 music videos for major recording artists and dozens of live TV concert specials for HBO, PBS, and MTV. My current alt rock band, Old Sand Mill, has released 2 successful CD's, and has numerous songs licensed for films and television. I am married to pioneer MTV female editor/producer, Travis Miller, and have a son, Justin, from my first wife. He is a wildlife photographer for National Geographic. I am a co-founder and partner in the LA and Phoenix-based video production company, Desert C.A.M. Studios in Burbank, CA. I reside in Burbank, CA and Phoenix, AZ.
