Paul Brisson
Entered the Air Force at age 17, February 8, 1959. Completed basic and technical Air Police training at Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX. First assignment was Kadina AFB, Okinawa in Security, performing guard and canine duties for 18 months. Served as honor guard for President Eisenhower when he visited Okinawa. Watched as the 7th Fleet of the US Navy, loaded with Marines, positioned in the South China Sea in advance to combat in Vietnam. Transitioned back to the US in November 1960 and was stationed at Larson AFB in Moses Lake Washington, again in flight line Security and Base Law Enforcement, performing as Desk Sargent. Honorably discharged, February 1963.
