I am 79 years old and am a avid range shooter. My time in the USMC was primarily in Vietnam. I worked out of Danang and Hue/Phu Bai area. I was an administrator but filled on as a grunt on long range patrol missions. As a result of my bush times my CO awarded me a Meritorious Combat Promotion to a Sgt (E5). I lost good friends there but was fortunate to come home where I started college. The USMC offered me Naval Scholarship but I turned it down as i knew what was going on in the USA with disrespect.to Vietnam vets. The scholarship required me to wear a uniform in college. I an retired and on VA disability and paid at 100%.
