Shot down on August 24, 1970 in Vietnam, Northeast Tan Uyen. I’m looking for a person that was being trained that day, was sitting in the back of a OH58, that received ground fire and the pilot was killed. We crashed and the pilot and you were medic out. I think you were sent to Japan for a back injury. You would have been out of the 145th or 190th. If you are this person or know of him please contact me. Thank you Jack at talkingtonclan@hotmail.com

I’m looking for more information/people who may have known and/or served with my father in Vietnam. I don’t have a lot of information on his service and he passed away in 2008. He served on (at least one) ship during Vietnam. He moved on to work in civil service in Alaska, Virginia, and finally San Antonio, TX.

I was offered help to find my father from a retired sniper I ran into working and he reached out to some military staff..I need help from any and all military and family of military please! I will never stop trying to find my Daddy!

I am looking for a woman named Dawn Hodge(s) what was your moms maiden name. The dates work out. But i met Dawn in Ft lee Va. She was a private, i was PfC. This was in the time frame you posted. She was from South Carolina if i remember correctly.

Our stories are so alike. My heart breaks when I hear OUR story... Have you tried 23&Me? After you DNA returns upload it to Anstery.com , also GEDMATCH.. last is completely free... While waiting on DNA search census records for those time periods.. also land and deeds... Pray we find our fathers or at least a photo... Hope I was able to help in the search.. never give up, answers are out here We just need to find them.

im Looking for my dad, he served in Germany Bindlach 1975 in 1st Squadron 2nd armor cav. (1/2ACR! C-troop 3rd Platoon)
His Name is WILLIAM SMITH, he must be around 65 years old, he came from nashville tennesse. I have a troop photo of him if neccesary, last known Location was Fort Polk Lousiana 1978 or 79 i think
