my husband was at nha trang 1967-1968 . do you remember mortar attack 11-27 1967 blackbird area crash rescue saved several aircraft were s.aved. 14th ces. men were told they were put in for bronze star never surfaced. my husband retired 2005 many awards . my husband died of cancer angent orange, i have a lot of documentation but need other men in the action. thk you

Hi- my name is John Melville Townsend, III, son of John Melville Townsend II (Mel). My father passed away in 1992 and I am only now beginning to piece together his history. I know he was a student at Loyola University and was part of program at Ft. Holabird in 1954. He told me when I was young that he boxed and drove trucks in the army- not too impressive by the sound. Beyond that, all I know is that we was part of the intelligence program at the Bird. If anyone has any additional information or photos, I would be most grateful. Thank you

why is it i cant find any information about the shore suport group i was stationd at in san diego ca. i was a b/t in the navy back in 1975. we worked on the ships that came into port for repairs.i used to have a i.d. card for it saying it was shore suport group. but i cant find info. on it.

I was the marine who kept everyone awake. Snoring. I went to sickbay for the problem,but was turned away by the coreman. Didn't get to see a doctor. Didn't know it was a sickness.sleep apnea. Now VA will not recognize me with a problem. If anyone was irritated by me please contact me. Thanks. Rick Lopez
