I am not sure if ths was the ship my buddy was on docked at Phil,Penn Navy ship yard on a LSD he told me one time, I forgot. they was moving somewhere else His name was Melvin Umbadger.

Looking for AF personnel who were with 4th ATAF and got their mail from Smiley Barracks between Dec 1963 and June 1964. I was the Army postal clerk there. Would like to hear from you if you did.
