i was a foward observer with co a 2/27 67-68 during tet offense received a bronze metal for action during a fire fight we were in siagon in a cemetary when we were ambushed does anyone remember???

Don West AN V7 Division (fuels) did 22 years in the Navy and was never "ships company" again but I flew in PBM, HUP-2, HO4S, P5M, C130 and P3 retired as an ADC in 1973.

I went to A school training here in 1972. I sure can remember the first time I drank a mixed drink in the EM club. I was sick for two days. The hangover next morning is something I will never forget.
