His Rank was: SIC US Navy he was a helicopter mechanic after the navy he went into the Army his rank there was PVT he was in the Korean War any help that you may give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My father was on the Los Alamos AFDB-7 Floating Dry dock stationed in Holy lock Scotland. He served as A Yeoman on board ship. His name as I know, is Robert Garrick. He served on board for sure the years 1968 & 1969. I'am trying to barify this info.

Pamela, check www.Ancestry.com as they have access to Navy records . Recent passports and military records have a picture. Older did not. You are a bright and inquisitive girl I am sure he would have been proud of you.

I did,t get on the rolls until I applied for Obama care in 2016 and was turned down and told to apply to V.A.and got benifits right away.
But I don"t make much money.Does not seem fair to me that it's based on that.
