My daddy is Lawrence Eugene Bemis, formerly known as Lawrence Eugene Savin in his military days in Vietnam. He was an Army Ranger of the 75th infantry. LRRP. H4C I feel it only appropriate to post here that heaven has gained another fallen soldier.

My father, Rafael Arizmendi, served in the ARMY (Vietnam; CO D First 503/173rd) and also USCG. He is about to officially retire after 48 years of service and I would like to see if I can put together some messages from anyone that served with him.

That will all depend on the conditions/reason you received an OTH ? OTH have in certain cases been re-classed to General/other types, but again it all depends on why you received an OTH. Other factors ,such as length of service ,awards could help
